IMPORTANT- Delivery information

All our boxes are made to order and freshly on the day. If you are within the SL6 postcode, delivery is free. If you live in the following postcodes there would be a delivery fee of £16.95. Unfortunately if your postcode is not listed we are not able to deliver to you, but you are most welcome to collect from us with prior arrangement. 


Delivery fee payable for : SL1, SL4, SL7, SL8, RG10 and RG42

What is the lead time for orders?

For boxes we would ideally need 2 days notice prior to the delivery date although we are sometimes able to deliver on shorter notice. Contact us directly to confirm if this is possible.

For Platter and Table orders we would need confirmation and payment at a minimum of 7 days prior to your event. 

What if I need gluten free or food free from allergens?

Our tables and hampers may contain:

  • Celery

  • Dairy (including milk and eggs)

  • Gluten

  • Lupin

  • Mustard

  • Peanuts

  • Sesame seeds

  • Soya

  • Sulphur Dioxide

  • Nuts

  • Wheat

Any allergy or dietary concerns must be made known at the time of ordering. If no allergy or dietary restrictions are disclosed to Graze with Joy, Graze with Joy disclaims any responsibility and is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from food allergies.

For Graze With Joy tables, what do you need to know before booking an event and how it works?

The cost of your graze depends on the size of the feast you wish to provide. We cater for all events, no matter how big or small. Please see the pricing below. 

For Events:-

  1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking

  2. Changes can be made to the booking up to two weeks prior to the event

  3. Full payment is required 1 week prior to the event

  4. We’re afraid, no refunds are available

  

Please note a table for the event must be provided by the client / venue. The client must sign an inventory sheet on completion of set up. Any lost of damaged equipment will incur a charge. All equipment must be collected by us. 


Graze with Joy is not responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste.

Onsite parking is required so we are able to unload. Please let us know in advance if this is not possible.

A fee will occur for events over an hour away from our HQ in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

What type of events are?

The idea behind our Graze with joy community is to bring people together whatever the occasion. Whether you are planning a large social event, a smaller more intimate gathering, a corporate event or special family soiree, our Graze tables and boxes will enhance the occasion even further.

What if I would like decorative flowers?

Yes, not a problem. All our flowers are sourced locally and the varieties available are dependant on season. Check the flowers option in your order form and we will finalise the details when we get back in touch.
